In order for your screen render to be accepted it must be a pdf file.
Wall mounted screen:

For insurance and operational purposes, we do not facilitate the mounting of personal screens for partners at our events. Partners can hire screens and order screen mounting or a screen stand through our partner store.

Design and specifications:

Screen renders must be submitted to the organisers for approval before the deadline of June 1 2023.

If you have purchased wall mounting you should upload a render outlining where you want your screen to be positioned on your stand ( left or right wall) , including exact dimensions and measurements. Your screen render should be placed over your keyline graphics. A guide on screen render submissions can be found on our partner hub.

- You must upload your screen render as a pdf file.

- Max file size is 500MB.

- Please ZIP files if larger than 500MB.

- Multiple files can be uploaded below if required.
