1. You've just checked to see if the item you ordered has a Free Return sticker. For Security Purposes, Please Select The Correct Free Return Sticker That Is On Our Free Return Items; (If your item is not a Free Return item, then please find a product that does have a Free Return sticker and select the correct sticker below).

3. If you are returning for a sizing issue, a damaged item, or an item you feel was misrepresented, you will be required to provide photo evidence of such. For sizing issues, you must take pictures of close up measurements that conflict with the size guide provided for this item. ALL pictures must include the shipping label. Are you willing and able to do this?
Photo evidence is required as outlined in our return/refund policy and also in the cart check out agreement. If you are not willing to provide photo evidence, please do not continue, as your return/refund request will be denied under all circumstances.
4. Yes-No - If you are responsible for shipping costs back to one of our international warehouses, are you able to do this?
5. Yes-No - Please read the following information and then indicate whether you have reviewed it; We do not refund for missed shipping dates unless your order was more than 90 days late. If it is more than 90 days late, an investigation with be launched to try to locate your item and if your item is then delivered to you, there will be no refund. Have you reviewed this?
6. Yes-No - Please read the following information and then indicate whether you have reviewed it; We do not refund any orders marked as 'Delivered' under ANY circumstances. It is your responsibility to make sure there is a safe drop-off spot for orders or pre-arrange to pick them up through the shipping company that is delivering them. It is also your sole responsibility to input your address information fully and correctly, and we will not refund for address input errors on your part. Have you reviewed this?
7. Having Reviewed All The Information Above, do you still wish to have a Return/Refund agent contact you VIA email?
An agent will email you back within 72 hours - Please keep an eye out in your SPAM and similar folders. If you want to ensure you see our email, please add email@example.com to your Safe Senders List!
8. If a refund is approved by an agent, you will not receive the refund until the item has been scanned back into our warehouse. Once the item has been scanned into our system, you will get a notification of the refund, however it could take an additional 5–7 days for your bank or creditor to process the request. You will receive the full amount minus the 17% re-stocking fee. Do you understand the return/refund process?
We will not issue any refunds prior to getting the original item back under any circumstances.

Any information might be helpful, so please make sure you leave detailed information about your request!
10. Please upload photo evidence of size chart errors, damaged goods, or misrepresented items. For sizing issues, please show ONLY those measurements on the size guide. For Example; If the size guide shows the length as 62 cm - Please show a close up photo including the shipping label showing that the length is in fact not 62 cm. Continue for all incorrect measurements.
Please be advised that errors of 2-3 cm are acceptable and do not qualify as a measuring error!
