Before discussing Miro, we need to address its significant security issues.

When using Miro you must NEVER make new boards:

Miro has teams, make your own team (with no boards in it) to make your own boards:

If you choose to make boards for [P1] projects (even in your own team) you will lock out everyone else if more than 3 boards are made, making everyone's work useless.

Never share permission links publicly to avoid making this mistake.

Each time someone new comes along, we teach them about sharing, navigating and permissions by having them backup one of our boards.

Paste Ctrl+V the content into the board, and update the name to include "backup of XXX board included":

Now we will teach you about frames and sharing.

Frames allow you to share a portion of the board. Make one by clicking the box-like [] icon on the left and then choosing custom. You may need to click a down arrow or >> in the left menu to see it. Scroll down in this form a little to see steps:

Always use these when organizing your work, for clarity purposes.

NEVER create a 4th board where 3 boards already exist or you will ruin people's work:

One last tip. You can use frames to export images.

But the export of a large image requires a paid upgrade. 

If you always make the work you are doing 2x larger than you think you need to, you get a decent export even without full upgrades.

You can get an idea of the scale you are working at using the navigator. 100% is normal size. As you can see, everything I make is much too large for 100%.
