FOR EXHIBITING ARTWORK AT THE 223 ON HUDON GALLERY, A FUNDRAISIER SPONSORED BY OLYMPIC PENINSULA ART ASSOCIATION
Olympic Peninsula Art Association, hereinafter referred to as “OPAA,” is a nonprofit 501 (C) (3) organization which is providing space for display of members’ original art and prints in the Gallery 223 on Hudon located in Harmony Center Sequim, 223 Hudon Rd., Sequim, WA. This Application applies to all art listed below and displayed/sold through OPAA at the gallery. No items(s) for exhibit will be accepted by OPAA for display/sale unless the Conditions, Conditions, Requirements and Release Agreement has been read and signed.

Artwork accepted into the show will be shown in both the OPAA Gallery 223 on Hudon virtual exhibition and in the live exhibit at the Gallery located in Harmony Center of Sequim. The accepted artworks must be brought to Gallery 223 on Hudon (223 Hudon Rd, Sequim) ready for display as described in the Directions, Conditions, Requirements and Release Agreement or they will not be accepted and the entire entry fee will be donated to the Gallery (no refund).

Artworks as herein described refer to both individual artworks and collections that can be defined as gift items, such as cards, books, prints, etc that have been made with your artwork.

The fee will cover publicity, opening, and associated gallery costs.*If no artwork is accepted for exhibit in the gallery, the fee of $40.00 will be refunded less the PayPal fee.
