    The Valley Ranch SA HOA has two spaces that residents can reserve for private events and gatherings! Reservation requests must be submitted no more than thirty (30) days and no less than seven (7) business days in advance of the event, and the Association staff retains the right to approve or deny any usage of the Association facilities for just cause or reason. Rental requests should be a minimum of two (2) hours. Homeowner requests only, no-third party requests will be accepted.

  • Please understand that any requests that are outside of the designated rental timeline will not be considered. Rental times are 12pm-8pm daily, this does not include the complimentary hours, you will receive an hour before and after the event for setup and cleanup. Please do not include these hours in your rental request time frame.
