REALTOR® Crisis Fund - Request for Assistance

The Northeast Association of REALTORS® (NEAR) Crisis Fund was established to support NEAR REALTORS® who face extraordinary financial hardship. To qualify for assistance, applicants must be active NEAR members in good standing at the time of application.

As 1099 independent contractors, REALTORS® are often challenged to adequately prepare for unexpected emergencies or life events. In response, concerned members of our Association, with the support of the Board of Directors, created the REALTOR® Crisis Fund to provide limited financial assistance in times of need.

All requests for REALTOR® Crisis Fund assistance are reviewed by the NEAR Executive Committee, which makes all funding decisions. All inquiries are treated with strict confidentiality.
