SOCHH Virtual Tour and Orientation

This is a virtual tour and orientation of SOCHH and our campus.
The Virtual Tour and Orientation consists of FOUR videos. It is expected that all families who are interested in attending SOCHH and continuing on in the admissions process will watch all four videos and/or attend an in person tour.

SOCHH Intent to Enroll

This form is used to indicate interest in having your child(ren) attend South OC Hybrid Homeschool (SOCHH) for the 2023/24 school year. Submission of this form does not obligate the student to attend SOCHH nor does it guarantee admission. Each family is required to complete an interview with our director as part of the admissions process. You will schedule an appointment at the end of this form.
Thank you for your interest in South OC Hybrid Homeschool. Each year we get hundreds of inquiries about our program, and we want to make sure that we are the right fit for your student and your family, and that your expectations are aligned with what our program offers. Please make sure you have completed all the below steps before filling out this application.
1. Review informational packet sent out by SOCHH Enrollment Team: Linked HERE
2. Attended an Informational tour/orientation on the SOCHH campus. (either virtual or in person)
If you have not completed Steps 1 & 2 above, we ask that you please reach out to enrollment@sochh.org in order to begin the admissions process.

We ask that parents answer these questions honestly and accurately.

**Please note: a learning challenge or diagnosis does not automatically preclude enrollment chances. However we want parents to come in with the clear understanding that we are a small learning center with very limited resources to handle complex learning or behavioral issues. While we do have numerous students in our program that have a myriad of processing, attention, emotional and behavioral issues, we do not have a SPED, STS, or SAI department set up to handle services or accommodations. That said, we have found that often just being in a small environment can help many of these students, and thus we will consider students with different learning abilities on a case by case basis.

Family Interview

Each family is required to complete an interview with our director as part of STEP 4 in the admissions process. This does not apply to families enrolling in the Monday Arts & Innovations program OR the Friday Foundations program.

The 20 minute interview is not an information session; it is more a dedicated time to meet our director, get to know your family, and so we can discuss questions or concerns specific to your student(s).

It is a requirement to read and watch ALL the information that is sent out by our enrollment team PRIOR TO coming to the interview. The information and videos we give out are meant to introduce you to who we are, what we do, and why we do certain things here at SOCHH. Please only sign up if you have reviewed all the program literature and have significant desire to enroll your student.

Please make sure you and your interested student(s) can attend all together.
