This form is for custom unit INQUIRIES ONLY!! Once this form is completed & SUBMITTED, you will be contacted by your preferred method via text or email regarding your submission with a quote for the final amount of your unit. If you decide to move forward after your quote, please do so by booking a custom wig under Book Now on the website. There will be a $50 *non refundable* deposit due at booking . The appointment is reserved for hair drop-off and if you would like me to retake your measurements. At that time we'll schedule wig pickup date and time. Final payment can be made via the invoice form that will be sent to you upon completion of your unit. Custom units are NONREFUNDABLE.
