- If I'm fully booked with classes, how will I manage to handle administrative tasks? Your administrative duties will be scheduled during times when you don't have any classes to teach. Teaching classes is our top priority, with a maximum limit of 20 hours per week. When your class schedule reaches full capacity, we'll hire a part-time instructor to assist you in your region.
- Will I be required to teach classes outside of my designated region? Most of your teaching and responsibilities, about 95%, will be within your designated region. However, occasionally, there might be team-wide meetings or events where your presence is required, or you may need to visit another region for specific reasons. We strive to give you advance notice for such occurrences to ensure proper preparation.
- What will a typical day look like? In the mornings, the first hour or two are dedicated to checking emails, voicemails, and text messages, and promptly responding to inquiries about our breaking program. Following that, you'll transition into sales, utilizing our project management system (Asana & AC Dashboard) to follow up with leads from parents, schools, and organizations interested in hosting our program. The remainder of the day will be spent teaching a variety of classes including preschool, after school, beginners, and crew sessions. Weekly meetings and additional planning sessions are also part of the schedule.

- Do I get paid for drive time? Yes, it is outlined in the AC Handbook how this is calculated.
- Will I be able to be involved with other dance related activities, jobs, etc? This career comes with a lot of responsibility and will require you to manage your time efficiently. It is expected that this job is your number one priority when it comes to dance and work related activities. As long as you are able to plan ahead, give ample amount of time for your request and communicate well and produce great results within your region then you should not have a problem finding time to compete and train and even do small projects on the side. We want all of our instructors and managers to have a diverse portfolio and be fulfilled both inside and outside of work!
