Hello & Welcome to ART Health Co! I am so excited you're here! To find out a bit more about you, your goals and to make sure your goals are a match for ART Health Co offerings and with me personally, please fill out the following questions. I will get back to you within 48 business hours with the next steps should you want to continue! I usually like to jump on a Zoom call to discuss your answers, what I note for potential improvement(s) and see if we are compatible in working together.

Are you willing and able to invest $1600 for 3 months 1:1 coaching or the cost of Functional Blood Chemistry approx. $750-1600+ per protocol?
Ideally, coaching calls/check-ins are done at the same time/day every week. I do coaching calls Mondays-Thursdays (daytime business hours). If something comes up, I am flexible regarding rescheduling with enough notice. Do you have a set schedule and/or ability to select one day a week? What are the best days/times for you? What time zone are you in?
