I agree to allow my photographs to be submitted by the photographer for magazine submissions.

I agree to allow my photographs to be added to Jess K. Photo's portfolio, and shared on her social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Additional questions/comments/ideas:

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU SIGN AND SUBMIT:

- I agree to pay Jess K. Photo a nonrefundable deposit at the amount of 30% of my total session charge, sent via Venmo or Zelle. I understand this deposit goes towards the cost of the shoot. I understand that this deposit is NONREFUNDABLE.

- TRAVEL FEES: I agree that if my preferred photo location is outside the range of the included mileage for my session, an added fee of $0.65/mile will be added. (example: if the location is an additional 12 miles away one direction, it will be 0.65 x 24 = $15.60 for the travel fee)

- I agree that any last minute cancelation/reschedule with under 36 hours notice will result in a $25 fee for the photographer's time. If this fee is not provided, I am unable to book any future bookings with Jess K. Photo. In the event of unfavorable weather, there will be no added fee. Rescheduling will be prioritized but depends on availability of the photographer.

- RESHOOTS: If for some reason I am unhappy with the quality of the finished product, I reserve the right to ask Jess K. Photo for a reshoot for a base fee of $30.

- I understand that the turn around expectation for my finished photos will be between 5-7 days unless specified otherwise by Jess K. Photo. I can expect a sneak peek within 1-2 days.

- I agree to receive my finished photos via a shared link sent from Lightroom, and/or a shared Google folder.

- I agree to ask Jess K. Photo for permission to share my photos on social media if the photographer has not yet shared the finished products to her business page.

- I agree to only share images online that are directly from the social media pages of Jess K. Photo, or images that have the business watermark on them. I agree that photos printed for personal use do not have to have the watermark on them.

- I agree that Jess K. Photo holds ownership and the rights to any photographs taken during my session.

- I agree that any breach of this agreement can result in the termination of a professional relationship with Jess K. Photo.
