ALL Inside and outside spaces are 10x10
Inside 10x10 along the wall space is $150
Inside 10x10 middle space is $150
Outside 10x10 (you bring pop-up +weights) space is $75.

COMMERCIAL TENT INFORMATION

• Spaces do not include tables, chairs, fans/heaters, extension cords, duck tape, hooks, etc. Be prepared and bring your own.
• Outside tent spaces do not include pop-up tents and lighting. You are required to bring your own 10x10 pop-up tent and must be secured with weights. Fans/heaters and lighting (i.e. string lights) encouraged.
• Tent spaces include electricity, security Wednesday night set up until Saturday close, parking & Wi-Fi.  
• One (1) space per business unless pre-approved. If a separate business, use a separate form with separate person responsible for the space.
• Fans/ heaters must be secure and child proof.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Vendors are required to staff their space during tent times. Outside spaces may also staff during festival hours. Anything left overnight is at your own risk.

• Thursday 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Security overnight)
• Friday 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Security overnight)
• Saturday 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Parade starts at 12 noon)

TEAR DOWN

Saturday 9:00 p.m. (Load in grass. No asphalt access due to safety reasons as festival is still open.) 

SELECTION PROCESS & PAYMENT

To ensure a smooth application and payment process, we will review your application and send payment information if your application is accepted. 

We will notify all applicants regarding their Commercial Tent application by

Friday, March 24th.

Payment to secure your spot is due on Friday, April 14th. 

If not accepted, we may ask if you would like to be placed on a waitlist. We will contact those on the waitlist if a space becomes available.

Please note booth fees are not refundable.
