Parties or Events at the Loch Ness Pool are three hours long. You can extend your event by purchasing "additional party time". You are responsible for every guests three years of age and older, including anyone who enters the pool area for your event.

While outside food and drinks are not permitted, you are welcome to bring desserts such as cake or cupcakes. The Gazebo is available on a first-come, first-served basis, but there are three other areas on the pool deck for hosting parties.

Please note that your final headcount is due (7) days prior to your event date. If changes are made within this period or the headcount is not submitted on time, additional fees will apply.

Payment Policy for Non-Members: Your event must be paid in full (4) days prior to your event date.

Pool events are rain or shine. There is no relocating to an inside space.

Weather Policy: No swimming in the water when lighting is within the area of the resort. Management has the right to close the pool at any time for guest safety.

Confetti or Pinatas of any kind are not allowed/permitted on the pool deck. This will result in a $250++ cleanup fee if confetti is used on the pool deck.
