Customize Email Notifications for Permit Applicants
Default notification to permit applicants:
- Email notification when application has been submitted
- Email notification when application has been accepted
- Email notification when permit application requires more information
- Email notification when a permit application has been denied

Customize emails
You can customize the content of the emails below to suit your jurisdiction. Any changes you make will apply to all emails of this type throughout your jurisdiction.

Application submitted
Email: Application has been received
Subject: Permit application for Sample Property Address has been submitted Body: Your Sample Permit Type Name permit application has been submitted for review by Sample Jurisdiction Name. Address: Sample Property Address Your application is now in the Jurisdiction’s inbox and they will begin reviewing it for acceptance shortly. Once that review is completed by the jurisdiction, you will receive an additional email with the acceptance status (accepted, denied, or needs information) and next steps (if any). Please note that this email does NOT constitute acceptance of your application or approval to begin construction. CLICK HERE to login to CommunityConnect and view statuses of your application.
