  • NOSTALGIA DAYS FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

  • Thank you for your interest in participating in Nostalgia Days as a FOOD VENDOR.

    Applications will be accepted on a first come, first paid basis from now until Friday June 12, 2026.

    Dates: Nostalgia Days will start Friday June 19th at 3:00pm and end on Saturday June 20th at 6:00pm.

    Fees: Vendor fees are $250 per space for in town vendors that have a valid City of  Zion Business License & $350 for out of town vendors. Fees are non-refundable.

    Electricity: Electricity is available for an additional $35 per outlet. Each outlet provides 20 amps. To ensure that adequate electricity is available, you must provide a list all of the equipment you need electricity for and their wattage. You are responsible for bringing sufficient heavy duty outdoor extension cords. 

    Water: Water will be available for food vendors at no additional charge on a first come, first served basis.

    Required Documents: The following items MUST be uploaded with your application:

    • Certificate of Liability in ther amount of $1,000 naming the City of Zion as Additional Insured.
    • 2026 Lake County Health Department Temporary Food Service  Permit

    A payment link will be sent once all information has been received.

    You are not a confirmed vendor until your full payment has been received. Vendor confirmations will be emailed once payment as been made.
