  • Hello Lancaster Rec Camp Parents!

    Some information you need to know before you complete the Camp Registration Forms for your child.

    We have switched to EFT payments only. We will ask for credit card or bank account infomation at the end. That is so we can bill you for Camp. YOU WILL BE AUTOMATTICALLY CHARGED THE THURSDAY PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED WEEK OF CAMP.

    Things you are required to upload before submission:

    - Copy of most recent school physical or child health assessment (must be signed by doctor)

    - Copy of child's immunization record

    Private Pay families will be charged $175 at time of registration for the first week of the program. Not Currently enrolled families will pay an additional $70 registration fee.

    ELRC families will be charged their co-pay at time of registration for the first week of program.

    Additionally, completion of these forms DOES NOT guarantee your child a spot for summer camp. Enrollment is confirmed once you recieve payment confirmation from the Lancaster Rec Admin Team.
