Texas REALTORS® was established in 1920 and has grown to become the largest professional-membership association in Texas. Association business is conducted at two major annual meetings: Winter Meeting in the Spring and Conference around Fall. Both are held in Texas.

Real estate salespersons, brokers, owners, and managers (most focus on residential but specialists concentrating on appraisal, commercial, international, land, resort and relocation are also represented)

Education Focus

We strive to provide our members with a broad selection of course topics customized to the interests of real estate practitioners. Our Winter Meeting and Conference sessions typically host a large number of attendees. Speakers are encouraged to submit multiple course topics within their area of expertise.

Budget/Speaker Fee Criteria

Speaker compensation will be discussed with the speaker or their representative when contacted about availability. We no longer provide separate compensation for travel and meals. However, we will cover lodging expenses at the conference hotel for one night. Additional nights may be covered based on travel arrangements and course scheduling. Please note that we cannot cover incidental expenses or fees for internet or phone calls.
