  • Troop & Service Unit Grant After-Event Summary Report

  • Any groups receiving funding will need to complete a After-Event Summary Report no later than 6/30/2025 to include:

    • Minimum 250-word summary of how they used the funds.
    • Pictures of the girls/volunteers during the event or activity.

    As a reminder: Grant Eligibility Requirements:

    • Live in an one of the counties with Grant money available. Troops and groups in under-resourced communities receive priority.
    • Troops must have at least 3 girls and 2 leaders as well as a current bank account. Service Units must have a Treasurer, at least one other SU Team volunteer, and a current bank account.
    • Qualifying activities must be related to the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, connected to one of the 4 program pillars (Entrepreneurship, Life Skills, Outdoors, STEM), and/or be part of earning one of Girl Scout’s Highest Awards (Girl Scout Gold Award, Silver Award, and Bronze Award).
    • Funds must be used for the good of the group and not benefit an individual.
