CREWMates Mentorship Program Application
Overview

CREWMates is a mentorship program that pairs rising real estate women with those who have experience in the industry. This program is intended to provide professional guidance, networking opportunities, skills development, and self-discovery. It is not intended to provide a job search, a structured lecture series, or a daily resource.

Timeline

Please apply by February 26th, 2026. Applicants will be invited to a mandatory kick-off event in the evening of March 4th, 2026 (downtown – specific hours and location to follow for applicants). Pairs are expected to meet in person at least once per quarter (March, June, September, December) in 2026. Monthly meetings (in person or via phone) are also encouraged. The mentorship program coordinators will provide materials for discussion at the quarterly meetings.

Cost

There is NO COST to mentors and mentees to participate in CREWMates.
