NEW CLUB APPLICATION
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE REGIONAL LEAGUE, A CLUB MUST COMMIT TO THE WESTERN/EASTERN DIVISION IN U11/U12.
PDF LEAGUE WEST (U9-U10) ENTRY INTO THIS COMPETITION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ENTRY INTO THE USC Tx. THIS IS A PILOT PROGRAM. THERE IS NO APPLICATION FEE FOR THIS PROGRAM. TEAMS APPLYING WILL BE UNDER A (1) SEASON PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
PLEASE REVIEW ALL ITEMS BEFORE CONTINUING. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.
APPLICATION FEE
If your club is applying for membership in Elite Clubs National League, Regional League – USC Tx for the first time, you must submit a non-refundable application processing fee of $100.00 made payable to EDDOA. Your application will not be considered without this fee.
RL APPLICATION:
USTX RL will review the application and inform the applicant of its decision following a board review. Upon acceptance into the USC TX RL, your Primary Club Contact will receive an email containing the USC TX RL Membership Agreement as well as USC TX Rules and Regulations. The Club must sign and return the USC TX RL Membership Agreement along with the one-time $500 new member fee to the USC TX RL by the specified date, or your club may lose its invitation to join the specified USC TX RL season. This is due withing 5 business days of approval.
