Owner Preference for Management (Note: I will communicate with you at the level at which you wish to be involved. What is your preferred amount of communication/involvement between myself and you while I manage your property? I will do my best to meet your expectations. Check which description best suits you.
Hands On Owner: You wish to be informed/involved in every decision/action from Small to big concerning property. Prior approval on all property decisions and needs.
There When You Need Me Owner: You trust me to use my best discretion. You want me to handle the normal everyday things behind the scenes and keep you unburdened by its stress. You wish to be in the loop on matters of importance, but not in excess.
Turn Key Owner: You trust me to handle the entire property and all of its services. You only want to be involved if absolutely necessary and for items such a maintenance or property damage.
Co-Host Owner: You have specific needs you want filled but you do not need me to manage the entire property. You wish to use me for some services but not have me manage the property fully.
