Booth Fee: The Booth package fee (see next field drop down menu for package fees) includes wall rental starting at 1m minimum width. Walls are 3m tall. Fees start at €980/one meter width. More width is discounted, up to 3m wide.
How many artworks? Depending on the size of your art, you may hang upto three. There is storage for more artworks at the booth. So once something is sold, we replace it with new art of yours.
Payment terms: Should your application be accepted, you may pay the fee in 3 installments. First installment is payable upon acceptance, to secure your participation.
Commission: During the fair, Arte Ponte has staff on site to sell your work. In case of a sale, a 15% commission is payable to ArtePonte.
Logistics: Shipping and logistics is the responsibility of the artist.This ensures we have a fair situation, since we accept artworks worldwide. (otherwise we would only choose local artists).
Do I need to be at the fair? No. We offer a full service package including a multi-lingual staff at the show. We handle unpacking, collecting list of buyers contact, selling and handling shipping to buyer, uninstall and packing. We send photos and do a live stream of your work for your social media. You only have to cover logisitcs.
Promotion: Besides are own social media, artworks are promoted on ARTSY during and one month post-fair.
