If you need to rehome your cat(s) and/or kitten(s) please fill out the form below. Filling this out does not mean we gurantee a spot for your pet in our rescue.

When we take a cat in, we keep it in our foster homes with their family and pets. Whether it takes weeks or months to find it a home, we keep the cat with us and incur the cost of it's care and vetting.  We do fundraise and pay for our rescue work out of our own pockets. It is partially funded by our adoption fees, but this typically does not cover all of our expenses during the year.

Please note, that filling out this form does not mean we will take in your cat(s) and/or kitten(s). We are a foster based rescue, and we must have an available foster to take in the cat(s) and/or kitten(s).

Once we mutually agree to take in your cat(s) and/or kitten(s) you will have 48 hours to respond to the foster and make arrangments to get them the cat(s) and/or kitten(s). Failure to do so, will lose your cat(s) and/or kitten(s) spot. 

I acknowledge that my signature on this receipt relenquishes all claims of ownership of the animal(s) described. Neither my family, any representatives acting on my behalf, nor I may assert present and/or future claims, suites, or otherwise against Puurrrfect Paws Rescue. I understand, that Puurrrfect Paws Rescue will not return this animal(s) to me, once left in their care, under any circumstances, unless approved by the Director of Puurrrfect Paws Rescue.
