Hail and well met, traveler!

Please fill this out only after reading all of the information on my Linktree regarding the types of tattoos that I will be taking, how I book, and what my process and rates are! Incomplete forms will not be considered, so please fill out all of the information that I’ve requested of you! I'll ask for reference pictures, if applicable during our initial email communication after receiving this form. Please don't send them unprompted as I may lose track of them in the email shuffle. Lastly, as I am not only a tattooer and studio owner but am currently undertaking additional Entreprenurial endeavors and finding contrast between work and rest it can take 4-7 days for my response to this inquiry. Lastly, I will begin to respond to inquiries on Wednesday, May 6th in the order in which they were received!
