Guest Release — The Most Interesting Person Podcast
Thanks for being part of the show. Before we hit record, here's what we are agreeing to:
Recording and use. You're giving us permission to record your interview (audio and video) and use it, including your name, voice, image, and the story you share — across the podcast and anything connected to it: episodes, clips, promotional material, social posts, our website, and any platform we distribute through. We may also use written material we create from the interview, like transcripts or show notes.
What we won't share. We won't release your home address, personal email, phone number, or date of birth. That's yours, not ours.
Editing. We may edit or trim the interview for length, clarity, or flow. You're trusting us to represent you fairly — and we take that seriously.
No approval step, no payment. Because of how many moving pieces a podcast has, we can't run every cut by every guest before it airs, and this isn't a paid appearance. By signing, you're agreeing not to seek compensation or a review process for how your interview is used.
Liability. You're releasing the podcast, its hosts, and everyone involved in producing it from liability related to the interview and how it's used or distributed.
A few practical notes:
This agreement carries forward to your representatives and heirs (standard language, unlikely to ever matter, but here for completeness).
Recording or submitting this form doesn't guarantee your episode will be published — sometimes stories don't make the final cut, and that's not a reflection on you.
Submitting this form or showing up to record means you agree to these terms.
