If you are considering surrendering your dog or cat, we ask that you complete our Surrender/Intake Request form. This form provides us with important information about your pet's needs, behavior, and medical history, which helps us better understand their needs and find a suitable home for them.Our goal is to ensure that every animal is provided with a safe and loving home, where they can live a happy and healthy life. We work hard to find the right match for each animal, taking into account their unique personalities and needs, to ensure a successful adoption.This information will help us provide the best care for your pet and find the perfect home for them. We appreciate your trust in Tranquility Sanctuary and thank you for considering us as a resource for your pet's needs.
We accept dogs that are 125lbs or less and are good with dogs,cats, or people. We also accept cats. If your fur baby meets these requirements, please fill in and submit this form and follow the instructions at the bottom for sending us photographs.

At Tranquility Sanctuary, we are committed to providing the best care possible for every animal that comes through our doors. We ask that anyone interested in surrendering their pet make a donation to support our efforts. Your donation helps us cover the cost of microchipping, spaying and neutering, vet and hospital visits, basic training, and commands taught before rehoming.

The cost of caring for an animal can quickly add up, which is why we rely on the generosity of our community to help us continue our work. Your donation will not only help cover the cost of caring for your pet while they are in our care, but it will also help us provide care and support for other animals in need.

Please be advised that there are no refunds for surrendered pets, and all surrenders are final. Should you change your mind, you will be required to go through the adoption process, and there is no guarantee that you will be able to adopt your pet back, as they will be placed with the best possible family.

By surrendering your pet to Tranquility Sanctuary, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or videos of your pet may be taken and used by the Sanctuary at its discretion, including but not limited to use on social media platforms, marketing materials, or any other promotional content. At no time will you be entitled to any form of compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of such photographs or media. Your consent to this is irrevocable and binding.

We understand that surrendering your pet can be a difficult decision, and we appreciate your willingness to support our efforts. Your donation is greatly appreciated and helps us continue our mission to provide a safe and loving home for every animal that comes our way.
