ONLY FOR DOGS WITH PARENTS NOT REGISTERED WITH THE KENNEL CLUB OF GUYANA. If your dog's parents are KCG registered dogs, you do NOT need to send in photos of your dog. Dogs with KCG registered parents MUST apply and complete a KCG Registered Dogs Litter Registration.

1. Dog must be at least six months of age to submit application for consideration.

2. A copy of the Proof of Registration if available. Please do not send the originals.

3. A three generation pedigree, if available, either handwritten or an attached photocopy. Please be sure that the handwriting is legible and that photocopies visible clear. Please do not send originals.

4. If more than one owner is being listed on the dog’s record, a completed Sole Signatory Designation form is also required. Email kennelclubofguyana@gmail.com

5. Three color photographs of the dog must be good quality image. One of each side and one from the front. All photos must be taken at the dog’s level, with the dog in a standing position and the tail clearly visible.
K Any dog with a docked or surgically altered tail must provide a signed statement from a veterinarian indicating the reason for the altered tail.

Pedigree How to prepare a Pedigree: Forward a copy of your official/certified pedigree (if available) or provide your dog’s 3 generation pedigree in the form below. Please be sure that handwriting is legible and photocopies or pictures are of sufficient quality and size for reviewing. Include any AKC, UKC, CKC, KC, or FCI Registration Numbers (if applicable) but do not include titles or degrees. For non KCG registered dogs, the pedigree will appear exactly as submitted if accepted by our office. KENNEL CLUB OF GUYANA is not responsible for information that is not provided or incorrect. Information not provided will be indicated as “Not Provided” on the pedigree. Information MUST be accurate and truthfully submitted to the best of your knowledge. KENNEL CLUB OF GUYANA has the rights to deny, terminate, cancel or correct any and all information submitted to and/or accepted by the Office of Kennel Club of Guyana.

If more than one individual is being listed on the dog’s record, the primary owner and the secondary owner are under personal agreements unknown to the KENNEL CLUB OF GUYANA. The KENNEL CLUB OF GUYANA is not responsible for any and all outcomes of the two parties agreement and legally refuse and refrain from such contracts.

All applications and photos become the property of KENNEL CLUB OF GUYANA and are not returned. KENNEL CLUB OF GUYANA reserves the right to refuse an application as well as correct or revoke any registration at any time.
I further attest that the dog for which Single Registration is being applied: a) meets the breed standard, as interpreted by KENNEL CLUB OF GUYANA or a national recognized kennel club, for the breed for which it is being registered; b) does not exhibit any of the breed standard disqualifications; and c) is a good specimen of that breed. I give permission to KENNEL CLUB OF GUYANA to use photographs of my dog in all forms of media, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to, publicity, display, advertising, education and editorial use. I further acknowledge all responsibility concerning the information provided in this application is solely placed on the applicant.
