THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN
Tenacity Agency and Host (name and ID listed above)
Tenacity agency will represent you the Host while you’re an official Host on Bigo Live.
I am here to be your go between with Bigo. Some people think of their agency owner like somewhat of an HR Department, or Management/Supervisor of their hosting career.
My job is to provide you with the material and information to help you succeed here on Bigo. I, as your agency owner, will provide you with at least 3 weekly classes, and bonuses for comitted hosts in the agency.
I’m here to help you with question and concerns, on using the Bigo platform.
Bigo supplies lots of information, I am here to help you understand this information.
You understand you are not an Employee of Bigo or Tenacity Agency
Tenacity Agency does not pay you. You are paid by Bigo in the form of Beans in your wallet on the APP., which you can cash out for money. Payment is sent the month after, by the 4th and no later then the 15th if you reach all tier goals the month before.
You understand the only way you will get paid is by completing the goals set by Bigo.
You understand that I do not get paid by you. I am paid by Bigo. The money Bigo pays me is not part of your money.
You understand that I do give bonuses within my agency that would require me to increase your pay.
You understand that I do not release Host from my agency at all.
If you do zero hour per month, I will deactivate your host account. You would then have to do a returning Host audition to be reinstated.
If you do anything to break the rules you could be financially responsible for your action or anyone in your live, actions.
You also give me the right to deducted any penalties, and or fines, leaved on TENACITY Agency, because of your actions on Bigo.
You also understand that you are the only person that can release any of your personal information.
You are advised to not give out your full name, address, phone number or any personal information during your live, or message your personal information. Bigo will not send you message asking for this information.
You understand that I have bonuses for hosts and you allow your agent to INCREASE your pay anytime you earn a bonus.
After 5 months as a consistent host achieving at least 30 billable hours per month you will qualify to undergo training to become an agency owner, if applicable.
Third Party Payment Platforms Notice
Asking users to transfer funds via third-party payment platforms and services, such as Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo, generates potential fraud and legal concerns to our agency.
If a host is found promoting or soliciting payment through third-party payment platforms in their live, cover photos, or profile, host may be subject to banning, ineligibility, offset of rewards, and removal from Bigo Live.
Anti-Doxxing Policy Notice
Personal privacy is an important part of our users‘ trust and safety. Unwanted or malicious disclosure of any personal or sensitive information while using Bigo Live is not tolerated.
We value the safety of our users on our platform. Doxxing is a form of online harassment that can negatively impact the lives of our community members. Moreover, this harmful act may implicate criminal liability. Violations can seriously compromise our platform safety.
As a result, we are updating our Code of Conduct guidelines providing this Anti-Doxxing Policy notice, and expect our Agency partners to comply and support us to ensure that Bigo Live remains a safe platform for all.
The Anti-Doxxing policy is effective immediately. Agency accountability for the bean pay and specific punishment will be effective March 1st. The following policy measures will be in effect and enforced for proven incidents of Doxxing:
If you know someone that has put your information out, please do all you can to supply proof, video or and messages. And report it to me ASAP.
You understand if you are proven to be guilty of Doxxing someone else. Your account will be banned, you will then be dropped from agency, and you will pay a fine of 400.00
