✅ Set-up, clean-up, and travel (within 25 miles)

➕ Add more scholars in groups of 50 ($150 per 50 students)

Step 3: Receive Confirmation & Quote
Within 48 hours, you'll receive:

A personalized confirmation email
Final quote based on your selections
Contract & invoice for deposit

Step 4: Secure Your Date with a Deposit
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Balance is due 3 days before the event. (Payment methods accepted: credit card, PayPal, school check)

Step 5: Event Day!
We arrive 30–45 minutes before showtime for setup.
Students enjoy a high-energy liquid nitrogen demonstration, a STEM lesson, and flash-frozen ice cream!
