     Get ready for a fun-filled science event and ice cream social!  N7 Kream Lab Nitrogen Ice Cream has been providing STEM presentations, workshops and science education programming for 10+ years. 
     
     
    Select Dates & Times:
    • In-School Field Trips  (Tuesday/Thursday/Friday)
    • Show times are scheduled: 8:00 / 10:00 / 12:00 /2:00
    • Time: approximately 40-50 minutes                                                         

    Show + Ice Cream Social Cost                                              

    • $950 up to 200 scholars + $3.85/scholar 
    • Teachers/Staff –  included 

    How To Book :

    The booking process is super easy! Fill in all of the required information and then  click the “submit” button at the bottom when you’re done. Note: If you begin filling out the form and find that you need to pause to gather additional information, this form will allow you to pick up where you left off when you are ready to start again with completing and submitting the form to us.

    NOTE:  If you cannot complete the form electronically you can call us for help at: 678.964.6790.  To book Afterschool events (ie STEM nights, Fundraisers/Spirit Nights, Student/Parent Appreciation) please contact us.

    What's Next? 
    When we receive this completed field trip request form we will contact the person listed above as your school/group "primary contact". We will contact this person via phone in approximately 1-2 business days. We will collect any missing information, finalize and confirm all the event details. 
     
    Please note: The field trip date & time requested above is pending until we speak with the "primary contact" and e-mail a confirmation notice. Along with your confirmation notice we will also include an electronic invoice and/or purchase order reflecting the total cost. Please present to your school bookkeeper or administrator.
