Camp Curiosity Cancellation or Rescheduling Form

All camp cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted using our form. No phone requests will be accepted.

Camp Rescheduling

All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Camps can only be rescheduled within the same age group for the same child.
At the time of processing, if no alternate camp is available, you can decide to remain in the original camp or cancel your child's spot in the camp according to the policy listed below.

Camp Cancellation

Notice of cancellations must be received in writing no less than two weeks prior to the program date for a 75% refund. After this time no refund will be issued.
MOSAC will process cancellations within 2 weeks after submitting your form.
If receiving a partial refund, it will be returned via the original payment method unless otherwise noted.
