Gypsy Moon Events Terms and Conditions

Our valued customer, please ensure that the Gypsy Moon Events term & conditions are read and understood before signing this reservation form and paying your deposit.

1. Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required by internet transfer or credit card to secure your party date and time. If this deposit has not been received by the due date, Gypsy Moon Events reserves the right to cancel the party booking. Full payment is required prior to your party date. Should the payment policy terms not be met, Gypsy Moon Events reserves the right to debit your credit card for the final payment. Pricing includes GST.

2. Confirmation of Guest Numbers

Confirmed guest numbers are required by Monday of the party week. Once final guest numbers are received, late decrease in guest numbers will not be deducted from the invoice, including guests absent on the day of the party.

3. Rescheduling

Should you need to reschedule your event, we can arrange this for you up to 14 days prior to the event booking.

4. Location & Travel

Due to the logistics of unloading our Gypsy Moon Events equipment, an accessible parking space is required in or near the vicinity for the duration of the party. If access to the event is difficult there will be a $50 levy.

Occasionally our start times may vary slightly from the scheduled booking times due to the unpredictability of Sydney’s traffic.

5. Party Set Up

Your Gypsy Moon Event party host/s will aim to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your party to allow ample set up time before your guests arrive.

The number of party hosts for each event is determined by our management depending upon the package booked and the number of guests attending.

6. Safety

Gypsy Moon Events takes all care but no responsibility for any injuries that may arise at your event. Gypsy Moon Events accepts no responsibility for any allergic reactions. Any allergies or relevant medical information must be disclosed to Gypsy Moon Events management. Adult supervision is required on the premises for the duration of the booking. 7. Coverage & Termination

Any Gypsy Moon Events property damaged by party guests is required to be reimbursed.

If Gypsy Moon Events terms & conditions are breached, we may terminate our services immediately.
