COVID19 EXCEPTION! Refunds will be issued for specific weeks that WE cancel due to the virus based on government restrictions or insufficient enrollment. Otherwise, there are NO REFUNDS NOR EXCEPTIONS to the payment/refund policy! Non-contranted registrants must provide 30 days notice of their intent to discontinue services - this gives us time to enroll another student. Please, consult the owner/director should you have any questions.

CHILD SAFETY
Additionally, a child will no longer be permitted to attend classes at our studio if he/she has shown over time to be a clear danger or distraction to other children due to poor, unregulated behavior which requires more attention than can be provided without compromising the academic growth, health or safety of other children. A dismissal of this nature will only be used as a last resort (if all other means to help the child control his or her behavior have failed) and after a discussion between the program administrator and the parent/guardian.
REFUNDS
**All deposits should include the registration fee, materials fee plus the first month's tuition. Classes/programs that do not reach the required minimum may be canceled or delayed. We are happy to provide receipts for any services we provide but Do Not and Can Not guarantee reimbursements thorugh ANY 3rd party agency! Payment is due at Registration. Students will only be added to the roster after payment has been received. Aspire reserves the right to declare all unpaid registrations Null & Void! Jotform does not send automated verifications, your payment receipt is proof of that your registration has been received.
LUNCH POLICY
**ATTENTION: Students will need to Bring Packed Lunches that are FREE of Nuts, Soy, and Sesame! Many students are highly allergic to food containing these ingredients, especially nuts and peanut butter).
