CHILD SAFETY
Additionally, a child will no longer be permitted to attend classes at our studio if he/she has shown over time to be a clear danger or distraction to other children due to poor, unregulated behavior which requires more attention than can be provided without compromising the academic growth, health or safety of other children. A dismissal of this nature will only be used as a last resort (if all other means to help the child control his or her behavior have failed) and after a discussion between the program administrator and the parent/guardian.
PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, COVID, & SUFS
REGISTRATION
To secure your child’s spot on the class roster and ensure they can attend classes at Aspire, ALL families are required to submit the registration and curriculum fees along with the first month’s tuition at the time of registration, otherwise your registration is NOT valid!
SUFS
If you are paying with SUFS or another grant, you must still submit your registration form, curriculum fees, and first month’s tuition at the time of registration. You may then apply for reimbursement through the grant. This ensures that your child's spot is secured and the class can proceed as planned.
Aspire is committed to providing receipts for all services rendered. However, please be aware that we do not and cannot guarantee reimbursements through any third-party agency, including grants, scholarships, or other funding organizations.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that all payments are made promptly so we can continue providing quality education and experiences for your children.
SALES & EARLY BIRD SPECIALS
Sales and early bird specials are only applicable at the time of registration. If payment is not made during registration, all discounts and promotions are forfeited. Unpaid registrations may be considered null and void at our discretion.
COVID & CLASS DELAYS & CANCELLATIONS
Aspire reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment (fewer than 6 students) or other unforeseen circumstances, such as COVID-19. In the event of a cancellation or extension, you will be notified at least 7 days before the class, club, or enrichment program commences unless otherwise communicated.
** Otherwise, there are NO REFUNDS NOR EXCEPTIONS to the payment/refund policy!
Jotform does not send automated verifications, your payment receipt is proof of that your registration has been received.
LUNCH POLICY
**ATTENTION: Students will need to Bring Packed Lunches that are FREE of Nuts, Soy, and Sesame! Many students are highly allergic to food containing these ingredients, especially nuts and peanut butter).
