Order a replacement for a lost or damaged Student Card

Replacement Student Cards will be issued only to students who are fully registered for the current academic year at a charge of 500 THB.
- If your student card has been stolen, it will be replaced free of charge. Students will need to be able to provide proof that you have reported the theft to the police.
- If you are requesting a replacement card due to a name change, your old card has expired or is unreadable because of general wear and tear. Damaged cards can be handed in at IT Desk.
The card will be ready to collect 2 business days after the transaction date.
