Credit reporting agencies, creditors, lenders, collection agencies, and other third parties make independent decisions regarding credit reporting and account verification. Therefore, Legacy Consulting Enterprise cannot and does not guarantee the removal of any item from a consumer’s credit report. Any examples, testimonials, prior client results, score increases, or marketing materials are provided solely as examples and are not guarantees of future performance. ⸻ Limitation of Liability Client agrees that Legacy Consulting Enterprise, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for: * Credit score changes or fluctuations * Credit denials * Loan denials * Mortgage denials * Vehicle financing denials * Increased interest rates * Financial losses * Lost opportunities * Reporting actions by creditors * Verification of accounts by creditors * Delays caused by credit bureaus, furnishers, or creditors The maximum liability of Legacy Consulting Enterprise for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for services. ⸻ Client Cooperation Requirement Client understands that successful credit restoration efforts require cooperation from the Client. The Client agrees to: * Provide accurate information. * Maintain active credit monitoring. * Respond promptly to document requests. * Avoid submitting false information. * Notify Legacy Consulting Enterprise of any changes affecting the credit profile. Failure to comply may negatively affect results and may result in termination of services without refund. ⸻ No Refund Policy / Final Sale Due to the time, labor, consulting, document preparation, administrative processing, educational materials, and proprietary strategies provided immediately upon enrollment, all fees paid to Legacy Consulting Enterprise are non-refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, chargebacks, reversals, disputes, or credits shall be issued for services already rendered, partially rendered, consultations, digital products, administrative work, dispute preparation, document review, or credit restoration services.
