Terms & Conditions:
1. This service reservation is required at least 48 hours prior to the required date/time.
2. For changes of date/time after a reservation confirmation, please inform us within 24 hours prior to the confirmed date/time. In case of emergency or a reservation shorter than 48 hours prior to the required date and time, please contact us via telephone/Whatsapp +66934684564.
3. This service is non cancellable.
4. Airport pickup arrangement:
-Suvarnabhumi Airport : Meeting Point at the arrival hall, 2nd floor, between gate number 3 and 4. There will be signage at the meeting point.
-Don Mueng Airport ( International flight ) : Meeting Point at the arrival hall, 1st floor, gate number 5. There will be a name board signage at the meeting point.
-Don Mueng Airport ( Domestic flight ) : Meeting Point at the arrival hall, 1st floor, gate number 11. There will be a name board signage at the meeting point.
Our driver will be on standby at the airport for up to 2 hours to pick-up our guest/s once the flight has landed safely at the airport. If our airport representative could not find the guest/s or unable to reach out to guest/s via the given contact information, the airport pick-up car will be released and it will be considered as no-show with 100% no-show-charge directly to the guest/s account.
5. In case that we cannot find you and cannot contact you, the company reserve its right to take that as completed journey.
In case of a pick up outside the airport, the waiting time is maximum 30 minutes at the pick up point. The waiting time after 30 minutes will incur an extra charge at THB 500 per hour ( fraction of an hour is counted as an hour).
6. In case that the company's car cannot reach to the pick up point due to uncontrollable circumstances such as accidents, heavy traffics, road closures, floods, or terrorism, we will contact and will find the replacement of vehicle to pick up you as soon as possible.
