Bloom Management Fee Calculator

Suppliers sometimes ask us for some help in calculating the value of the Bloom management fee and how to manage this in their initial proposal pricing and subsequent requests for payment.

We’ve produced a simple calculator to help you determine the value of the pricing and payment request you should submit to Bloom incorporating the Bloom management fee.

How to use the calculator

The fee calculator is simple to use and will show you the amount you will receive from Bloom after the management fee is deducted. Select if you're registered for VAT or not and enter your payment request value. The calculator will then produce the value Bloom will pay based on your payment request, after the 5% Bloom management fee deduction.

Please note: The Bloom management fee is not chargeable on eligible expenses and these expenses will be paid at 100%. So please don't include expense value in the above calculations. Expenses should be submitted as an individual and separate line.

Suppliers are not charged for registration, accreditation or participation in bid opportunities via Bloom. The only charge is the Bloom 5% management fee for any services delivered via the NEPRO³ Solution.

Bloom charges a 5% management fee on the value of the payment request you submit. If you're not VAT registered, you'll need to charge for the VAT that Bloom will apply to the management fee.

Managed Services Fee: means a fee equal to five per cent (5%) of the total Charges (exclusive of VAT and disbursements) for the provision of the Managed Service
