REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Each wellness test must be registered to its own account using a unique email address.

Minors under 18 can be registered under a parent or guardian’s account — please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

If you purchased a wellness test for someone else, they’ll need to register it under their own account.

Only one active wellness test can be registered per account at a time. Please wait until your current results are complete before registering another test.
