The Fancy Marshmallow Co. receives multiple donation requests every week. As a small business we try give to a wide variety of organizations annually, but due to high volume we’re unable to respond to every request. Based on our sales we budget an amount for donations and we honor as many requests for worthy causes as possible within our budget and local community. However, the number of requests we receive still exceeds our budget. We regretfully cannot honor as many requests as we would like.

Thank you so much for considering The Fancy Marshmallow Co. for your donation request. We truly appreciate the opportunity to support local schools and organizations. However, like many small businesses, we have faced challenges this year. As much as we would love to contribute, we are currently unable to offer donations, either in funds or product, at this time.

This season, we are focusing any available donations on the schools our staff’s children attend. We hope to revisit community support initiatives when circumstances improve, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

In the meantime, we kindly remind you to continue supporting local businesses like ours. Every bit of community support helps keep small businesses thriving, especially during tough times like these.

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR REQUESTS. THIS YEAR WE HAVE DECIDED TO FOCUS ON LOCAL COMMUNITY EFFORTS. IF YOUR REQUEST IS OUTSIDE OF OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY WE CANNOT SUPPORT IT AT THIS TIME.

Please note our guidelines for donation requests:
- The Fancy Marshmallow Co. does not accept phone or in-store solicitations.
- Kindly submit the donation request form below. We must have a 30 day advance notice of a donation request.
- Our team considers requests once a month. We choose not donate to individuals, “sponsor” individuals, donate swag for gift bags or buy courtesy advertising.
- Unfortuantely, we are unable to sponsor teams at this time.
- We donate to organizations only and will require supporting documentation.
- The Fancy Marshmallow Co. allows only one donation per year per organization.
- We kindly ask you to respect our policies.
