Tuition Payment Options, Late Fees, and NSF

Regardless of which option you choose, the $25 registration fee and $200 deposit (PER CAMPER) are due when your final confirmation arrives, which will be within 7 calendar days of registration, in order to secure the schedule submitted.

Review the three options. You will be prompted to choose one.

Option 1 - PAYMENT IN FULL - Tuition Express (TE) - TE is the secure ACH application used to process tuition as well as T-shirt, snack, water, sunblock fees, etc. Camp tuition will process in full Thursday, June 1 for families currently using TE.

Option 2 - PAYMENT IN FULL - Manual Checks - Checks are made payable to TOWN OF BOW. Full payment for camp tuition is due by June 1. Drop off your check at 21 Bow Center Rd building across from the middle school.

Option 3 - WEEKLY PAYMENTS - Tuition Express (TE) - If you choose option three, the $200 deposit and $25 registration fee will process within seven days after enrollment is confirmed. NEW – Weekly tuition will process the Monday THREE WEEKS before the scheduled camp week. For example, if your camper is enrolled to attend the week of June 26, payment will process June 5. Also NEW- the deposit will be applied to the END of your camp schedule.

A $25 service fee will be charged for non-sufficient funds (NSF) transactions.

If you do not currently use TE, complete the form attached to the original email. Email a copy or picture to sdroney@bownh.gov. A voided check is not needed.

Bow Rec Day Camp will identify my child/children only by first name and program, unless I give written permission to do otherwise.
