Please complete the different steps of the registration process and make sure you select the right registration category.

The list of registration fees excluding VAT can be found below. AIPC is legally obliged to charge 16% VAT on these fees.

AIPC Delegate / UFI & ICCA Members: 800 EUR

AIPC Additional Delegate: 725 EUR

Non-Member delegate: 930 EUR

AIPC Business Partner / Invited Editorial Media: 0 EUR

AIPC Business Partner (additional delegate): 800 EUR

Editorial Media: 930 EUR

The registration fee includes :

All educational sessions

Lunches and coffee breaks on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Welcome Cocktail at Mudam

Gala dinner at Tero River

Closing cocktail

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

Non-Member delegate are guests and observers attending the event upon the invitation and with approval of the AIPC Board of Directors. Observers are potential members invited by the Board of by other APC members.

AIPC Business Partners are companies that pay an annual fee to AIPC or that participate based on the provision of services to AIPC.

Invited Editorial Media are selected working media representatives that are actively engaged with AIPC on an ongoing basis. The registration fee is waived for such individuals.

Editorial media are represented by the Editor in Chief of those working media who wish to attend the conference in order to create editorial content and who may request access via the AIPC secretariat. If accepted, they will be required to pay the non-member registration fee in order to attend.

The AIPC Annual Conference will be combined with many informal networking opportunities, from the welcome cocktail and coffee breaks to a phenomenal dinner at Tero River House (at cost for accompagnying persons).

Welcome Cocktail at Mudam Museum of Modern Art Grand-Duc Jean: Sunday 16 July, 20 pm

UNESCO Promenade: - A 2-hour visit on Monday for your accompanying guest:

Your guest will discover the city’s fortifications and old quarters which are part of the UNESCO World Heritage with starting point @ Kirchberg. Some of the highlights: MUDAM, Chemin de la Corniche, Bock Promontory, Grand Ducal Palace

This tour of free of charges however the number of participants is limited to 20.

Diner at Tero River House: Monday 17 July 2023

This dinner is at cost for accompagnying persons (65 EUR)
