Friends of the Westbank Library Scholarship Application Form

Please read and follow the instructions carefully prior to submitting your application.

The Friends of the Westbank Library will be awarding one (1) - $1,000 scholarship in 2024. Eligible applicants must have volunteered for a mimimum of 50 hours at the Westbank Library accrued through at least 2 semesters by March 31, 2024. Westbank Library staff will verify your hours. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen qualified for admission to an accredited college, university or trade school in the Fall 2024. A reference letter from an adult who is NOT a relative or Westbank Library staff must be submitted by email to friends@westbanklibrary.com by the application deadline.

Funds will be disbursed upon proof of enrollment at an institution of higher education. Failure to enroll in an accredited institution of higher education by December 31, 2024 may result in forfeiture of the scholarship award.

All winners will be notified no later than May 5, 2024.
