Marketing expertise is key to building audiences, driving viewership, and positively impacting the well-being of people in their environment.  TELUS Fund financing is available to help Canadian production companies secure marketing expertise to prepare and execute a Comprehensive Audience Development Plan for Canada.

Complete this form if you are seeking pre-approval to provide marketing expertise for ONE specific project financed by TELUS Fund.  You will be asked to provide ONE recent example of delivering similar marketing services to a comparable Canadian screen media project.

The example must be a Canadian screen media project that:

• is comparable to the project financed by TELUS Fund,
• recently premiered in Canada during 2020, 2021 or 2022, and
• secured your services to plan and execute the full range of marketing services that are required to meet the requirements of TELUS Fund's Comprehensive Audience Development Plan for Canada. Please note that if the scope of your marketing services was limited, the project example would not meet this requirement (e.g. your marketing services on the project were limited to just social media management, live event production, or publicity).

• The Applicant hereby warrants that they have full authority to submit this form and that the information provided in this form is complete and accurate.
• The Applicant assumes all risks associated with the transportation of the documents and materials submitted with this form. The Applicant hereby releases TELUS Fund and its directors, officers, members, shareholders, contractors, employees, administrators, agents, and representatives from any liability for the loss, theft, damage or destruction of the documents and materials submitted with this form or for the unauthorized use or reproduction for reasons beyond TELUS Fund’s knowledge or control.
• The Applicant hereby authorizes TELUS Fund to communicate any information in this form with any third party indicated in this form. The Applicant acknowledges that TELUS Fund has full discretion in administering its projects, programs, and policies to meet the mandate and objectives of TELUS Fund.
• The Applicant hereby agrees that TELUS Fund is not responsible in any way for the holding or return of any materials submitted at any time in connection with the form and the TELUS Fund retains the right to keep on file or destroy all materials submitted with this form.
• The Applicant hereby agrees to receive communications from TELUS Fund via email, phone, and/or mail.
