Quality Assurance Job Application

This position is responsible for supporting events and correcting processes or behaviors that do not align with CSC/Client policies and procedures. Duties include standards evaluation, assessment, on the spot training, and suggesting corrective measures for future implementation. This position works with the training department and executive management to assist in the success of the overall event operation.
