WE WELCOME A PARENT/GUARDIAN TO JOIN US ON THE ICE FOR 2-4 YR OLDS ONLY TO HELP THEM BALANCE (THERE IS AN INSURANCE FEE). IF YOU CHOOSE TO JOIN US, IT MUST BE THE SAME HELPER EACH WEEK FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES. IF YOUR CHILD IS 2-4 YRS OLD BUT CAN SKATE ON THEIR OWN, WE RECOMMEND PARENTS TO NOT ASSIST ON THE ICE. Refund Policy: No refunds will be given after 50% of the session is completed. Any refunds prior to this date will be pro-rated up to the date of withdrawal. There is a $50 non-refundable insurance and club administration fee.

I understand that: 1. By submitting this application form, the applicant agrees that the SSC and/or its coaches will not be responsible for accidents or losses – however caused – and agrees to release the club and coaches from any damages, or claims which may arise as a result of such accident or loss. 2. The city has the right to cancel our ice time due to tournaments or special events. In the event that the city cancels a session, it will be made up but sometimes unavoidably it cannot be done at the regular time or day for that session.*
