    If you miss any fields after clicking the SUBMIT button, please follow “red” instructions to complete all required fields. When you successfully complete and submit your Proposal, you will see a confirmation message plus you will receive an email with a copy of your Proposal.

    • To propose a new club or schedule an existing club, please complete the following information.

    • CLUB SESSION, DAY AND TIME

      Clubs currently meet virtually via Zoom or in person on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday year round, generally during the first week of each month Clubs do not meet in November.  Sessions are scheduled for morning or afternoon and the length of the session is usually 75 minutes but can be longer if desired.  Participants vary from month to month.

  • Please note - for REPEAT COURSES ONLY THAT HAVE RUN IN THE LAST 3 YEARS , the previous course description is on file in the registration system and can be used again.  ONLY enter a course description if you wish to update or change the course description on file.

  • TEACHING SESSION, DAY AND TIME

    Courses meet for a 75-minute class, one day a week, for three consecutive weeks, and are attended by the same participants each week.  Although we will try to honor your preference, we often get several requests for the same date, therefore please provide us with a minimum of two options.  Thank you.

    • CHOICE OF DATES


      Our Speaker Series are generally scheduled on one day from 3:00 pm – 4:15 pm, during course weeks.  We occasionally will offer evenings from 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm, the first week of each month, based on space availability, during each term. Although we will try to honor your preference, we often get several requests for the same date, therefore please provide us with a minimum of two options. Thank you.

      If you are doing a presentation, please either send us your presentation in advance or bring on a memory stick with you.  We will have our laptop ready for your use.  We request that your presentation be in PowerPoint and videos are embedded. Please indicate below and answer the associated technical questions.

    • If you need technical help with your presentation please contact the Celebration Lifelong Learning office at 407-595-5905; or by email at Lifelong@CelebrationFoundation.org to arrange a meeting with our technical team. This must be done at least a week prior to your first Course.

      Do you have a picture that represents your course, presentation or club? If so, we would like to include it in our online course catalog. The picture can be a photo, an illustration, or a sketch, but should not contain the name of the course, since that will already be there.

      Please attach ONE .jpg image (maximum 10 MB) that best represents your course, lecture or club and that can be used in our catalog and website.  If you do not have a picture, we will furnish one for your course.
