    IMPORTANT INFO

    The event is scheduled for the weekend of December 1, 2, and 3, 2023. And, is to be held in City Park, Glens Falls.

    We are ready to welcome all our past vendors!

    The 3 day fee is $250. 

    Electricity is $25 per day and is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the order in which your application was received. Please indicate on the form if you need electricity. 

     

    INSURANCE

    General Liability Insurance Requirements –The Participant shall maintain the following minimum limits of insurance: General Liability - $1,000,000 per occurrence, Products/Completed Operations - $2,000,000, and Liquor liability - $1,000,000, if applicable. Event Participants must submit to the Glens Falls Collaborative a Certificate of Insurance naming the Collaborative and the City of Glens Falls as additional insureds. Please fax to 518-793-1685. Copies of Insurance Certificates must be submitted to the Glens Falls Collaborative prior to event participation.
