2023 Incentive Grant Project Description:The Project Description should be a detailed explanation how the project will enhance the visitor's experience and/or enhance the state park system property for visitors. Include the answers to all of these questions: Who? What? Where? When? Why? How?

Provide a detailed budget of the total project cost. Include itemized quantities, costs, and descriptions of all anticipated project expenses. Examples include hourly pay for the naturalist, number of hours per week, specific educational supplies, and interpretive displays, or exhibits.
