That is why we are dedicated to ensuring that each team member is equipped with all the training and tools needed to be a Southern Arizona Home Care Service Provider. Each team member is enrolled in Southern Arizona Home Care's Specialized Training programs and our Service Workshops. These workshops are designed to enrich and support every area of your position and provide you the opportunity to grow and develop to whatever heights you desire in our company. From the fundamentals of Care-Services to the leadership courses that create advancement opportunities, we are committed in supporting each member of our team.

    Having met with you and being able to see first-hand your passion and drive for this profession, we are proud to officially offer you the position of Service Provider with Southern Arizona Home Care. Your starting rate of pay will be at $15.00 per hour (unless another rate was agreed upon during your interview As a Southern Arizona Home Care Service Provider, you may assist our clients with an array of engagements and activities such as: Toileting Parkinson's, and other BathingTransportation Medicationphysical and mental Grooming conditions. Reminders and Meal Prep ADLs and iADLs as Assistance Ambulation required by the In-Specialized care personalized service for diagnosis such plan for each client

  • In addition, you understand that as a Southern Arizona Home Care Service Provider:

    All offers of employment are contingent upon the return of a clean background check and drug screening Schedules and hours per week cannot be guaranteed Placement or Assignment to a client's case is based on availability, client's service requirements, client choice, merit, and other factors that are determined by the care requirements of the client's individual service needs

    All mandatory meetings, orientations, training/shadowing shifts, evaluations, reviews, or other non-client-related activities will be paid at the federally mandated minimum wage rate.
