One of WCD's most anticipated events of the year is back with double the fun at our 2 Uncorked Events in both Spring and Summer.

Spring Uncorked - April 26th (5:30-9:00pm)

Summer Uncorked - June 22nd (5:30-9:00pm)

Be a part of this favorite annual event! Guests purchase tickets online & will receive a map identifying participating locations.

Each location is required to provide food tasting bites along with the wine, beer, spirit or hydration tasting being offered. This is an excellent opportunity for your business to showcase your products and services. Limited to 40 businesses.

Deadline: Wednesday, March 17th

- Company ad placement for 1 month on WCD website
- Special recognition and placement on event maps
- (3) cases of wine or paired with a pouring partner (sponsor must provide food tasting bites)
- Included in a minimum of (4) pre-event Instagram & Facebook posts
- Acknowledgement in all post-event press releases, thank you eblasts, and newsletters.

WINE GLASS SPONSOR

$4,000 - Sponsorship is for both Spring & Summ Uncorked events

Deadline: Monday, March 13th
- Company logo/name printed on Uncorked wine glasses
- Company logo/name featured on promotional materials, digital and print advertising, link to company website from event website (from sponsorship date)
- Special recognition and placement on event maps
- Acknowledgement in all post-event press releases, thank you eblasts, and newsletters.
- (4) tickets to Spring Uncorked & (4) tickets to Summer Uncorked
MUSIC/ENTERTAINMENT SPONSOR

$2,000 - 1 Event: Spring OR Summer

Deadline: April 10th for Spring, June 5th for Summer
- Company logo/name featured on promotional materials, digital and print advertising, link to company website from event website (from sponsorship date)
- Special recognition and placement on event maps
- Sponsor signage at all 5 music/Entertainment locations throughout downtown
- Company ad placement for 2 weeks on WCD website
- (6) tickets to corresponding Uncorked event
COMMUNITY CHEERS SPONSOR

$1,000 - 1 Event: Spring OR Summer // $1,500 - Bundle: Spring & Summer

Deadline: April 10th for Spring, June 5th for Summer
- Company logo/name featured on promotional materials, digital and print advertising, link to company website from event website (from sponsorship date)
- Special recognition and placement on event maps
- (3) cases of wine or paired with pouring partner (sponsor must provide food tasting bites)
- Paired with a music/entertainment performer to activate your location
- (4) tickets to corresponding Uncorked event

This document will serve as a legal and binding contract between you and WCD.
The UNDERSIGNED, for himself/herself and on behalf of the above named group or business, does hereby agree to protect, indemnify, save and keep harmless, the Walnut Creek Downtown Business Association, its Board of Directors, officers, legal counsel, assigns, employees and volunteers and others working on behalf of the Walnut Creek Downtown Business Association from any and all claims, demands, suits or loss, including all costs connected therewith, and for any damages which may be asserted, claimed or recovered against or from the Walnut Creek Downtown Business Association, its Board of Directors, officers, legal counsel, assigns, employees, volunteers or others working on behalf of the Walnut Creek Downtown Business Association, by reason of personal injury, including bodily injury or death, and/or property damage, including loss of use thereof, which arises out of or is in any way connected or associated with this Event. NOTE: WCDBA highly recommends that your insurance policy includes a Liquor Liability clause as our event insurance policy does not extend Liquor Liability to the participating businesses.*
