TERMS & CONDITIONS:
* This is an estimate only and until a site visit and the full scope of work is understood we can not provide a freeze plan. Once this is completed an accurate quotation will be provided within 24 hours.
*Cancellation fee will apply to any works cancelled 24hrs prior to work commencing. Due to liquid deliveries
* Our price is based on the client carrying out all other works required including removal of lagging at freeze site cutting valves, excavation, provision of lighting etc.
* Any additional time beyond hours quoted to maintain the freezes will incur additional costs of Labour & Liquid Nitrogen Used + GST per hour.
* Any variance to procedures previously discussed will incur further cost (this specifically refers to the size of pipes to be frozen and time required to maintain the freezes as detailed above).
* Any scaffolding or EWP to gain comfortable access to the freeze locations will be provided.
* Parking for Ute will be provided.
* There can not be flow in the pipe, should our technician(s) detect any flow in the pipe the process will cease and all charges will apply.
* There can not be air in the pipe, should out technician(s) detect any air in the pipe the process willcease and all charges will apply.
* In the unlikely event that either flow or air is detected in the system an additional freeze and freeze location in consultation with the client may be determined. Additional charges will apply.
* All hot water pipes must be below 30 degrees prior to project commencement
* Site specific inductions will be provided if required.
* Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice.
* A Purchase Order (PO) must be issued at least 24 hours prior to attending site.
Issuance of the PO confirms acceptance of all the terms conditions and job specific details as outlined above by the issuer the company and/or it's representatives.
